Java Web Developer

We need you to help us evolve our training-management platform called Spark, which powers our site, as well as sites of many other training businesses. Depending on your experience, you may be involved with a whole range of tasks, from documenting/demoing features, writing automated tests, improving our build processes, fixing bugs… to expanding the capabilities of the platform, building custom features for our customers, refactoring our architecture, and designing and implementing new modules, and so on.
This could be a full time or bill-us-by-the-hour opportunity.
Web Designer

You know XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how to build cross-browser UIs. You could figure your way around PHP, XSLT, or FreeMarker if you needed to. We need you to help us build and evolve the design of our own site as well as the sites based on our training management platform called Spark. Depending on your experience you may be involved with a whole range of tasks, from converting somebody else's mockups into Spark skins (HTML, CSS, images) to providing and implementing your own re/designs.
