The team page lists all Contacts that are Experts, have been Approved, and have had a Course Event scheduled for them. They also need to have the Public Profile set to Yes on Admin>Contacts>Expert screen.

Basically, a team member is a person we have approved, worked with in the past, and is okay with having their profile be public. I hope this explains it.
