For those of you that missed this... I finally managed to get all of the pix and video from the first-ever "official" Android Hackathon in Silicon Valley that took place on March 13, 2010 at Hacker Dojo in Mountain View.

What's an Android Hackathon? It is a free all-day "working" event for developers, designers, and testers to build apps for the Android platform. Inspired by BarCamp, SuperHappyDevHouse, and iPhoneDevCamp, attendees work solo or in teams on projects/apps that appeal to them. When done, they present their work to the audience of Android fans who vote for their favorites. The top projects receive prizes, such as phones (like the Nexus One), access to Google engineers, and even free seats at our very own Android Bootcamp training course. And thanks to the many big-name sponsors of this event, food/refreshments are provided as well. Who can complain? :-)
