Understanding Open Source Licenses

Not all Open Source Licenses are created equal. There are hundereds of licenses, and probably about a dozen or so commonly used ones. But, in most cases, the main question remains: who gets to own the derivative work? Here's my graph of understanding the lay of the land when it comes to open source software licenses.
