Parashuram Narasimhan (who goes by Axe), serves up an entertaining, engaging talk about something you may have overlooked: IndexedDB. Given in front of the San Francisco HTML5 Meetup at Yelp, Axe digs into all the facets of IndexedDB including why it was created, why you should use it, and why it hasn't been widely adoped. Oh, and it's got a lot of code, which means you get to the real meat of IndexedDB. He closes out with the most important subject of all: How you can use IndexedDB today. If you're at all interested in storing and sorting large amounts of data in a browser environment, this is a talk you should check out.
