As of that you have to be sure you listen to other stakeholders and take different opinions into account, letting other decide from time to time. This two day Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course is led by Co-Creator of Scrum, Jeff Sutherland. It covers the fundamentals of Scrum and Agile methods through to planning and managing your project. The agenda covers the Scrum framework meetings such as the daily scrum, Sprint planning and the retrospective.
